How do I purchase an item?
To purchase an item, first click on the image or title of that product. Then on the following page, the product detail page, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in to your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping and you are ready to complete your purchases, please click the "Checkout" link at the top right of the storefront page.

Who am I buying from?
Thank you for shopping with KindBid! We are offering a variety of the best products at the best prices. All of our products are brand new in the box unless otherwise marked. If you don't see what you are looking for, just send us an email at support@kindbid.com, as we may have it available.

What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship using UPS and USPS. Orders typically ship the next business day after the order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?
No

What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of purchase. For defective items, you can return the item for a full refund or an exchange. For other items, you can return the item for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is defective.

Please email us at support@kindbid.com, or call us at 888-351-3497 ext 4 to request a Return Authorization number and return instructions. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, etc. included.
